They really work! At first I was very suspicious but after the first day of wearing I could tell my eyes were much better. I work on the computer about 7 hours a day and it's so helpful! It even comes with a test strip so you can see how they work. I tested them next to regular glasses and they do the job perfectly! No cheating!
