We have been buying Foscam brand cameras for years and have even installed indoor cameras. We have several older than 5 years. Bought this to try a new brand. Excellent picture quality, easy to set up but in less than 2 years we will have to replace it. The pictures I am uploading are what we received at 6:30pm last night. It's not the lens, just part of the video is blacked out. Tried reload, still there. It's really a shame because we were very happy with this camera. Update November 9, 2019 After I wrote this review, the company contacted me and wanted to fix it. They sent a replacement which arrived in less than a week. The installation took a little while due to our weather, but it's been working great for over a week. The picture quality is excellent and setup was easy. I never understood the reviews about the complexity of the setup. We used a network cable and set it up in less than 5 minutes. I took it outside and pocketed it and all was right with the world again. I hope this one lasts longer than the original. In any case, it was great that the company supported their product.
