The customer service department was very friendly! We had questions about our shipment when it got lost during transit which they were able to help us through via phone call or email within minutes of receiving my inquiry/problem report request! I would highly recommend using this office for your shipments as their staff are amazing!! Shipping items internationally can be difficult because there aren't many options available if something happens along way such as damage etc.. but uniworld helped make sure everything went smoothly throughout every step including pick up by customs upon arrival into destination country.
