This is normal for a back scrubber
The bristles are almost regular, not too hard and not too soft. The handle is quite long, but longer would be better. If you're small, this will probably fit the bill. The only thing that could improve this scrubber is a larger diameter and a more non-slip grip. We have soft water and the soap on my hands makes it difficult to hold on. It's not that important, but it's worth mentioning.
