Review on Single Function Pressure Balance Temperature Cartridge 10664 by Lance Alvarez

I have to repeat what the other bad review says: you get what you pay for. I was able to replace the original cartridge fairly easily, but found I couldn't raise the heat limiter as high as the old one. It was good enough so I agreed. Fast forward two months and my daughter is using the shower. She's not very tall, maybe 90 pounds, and she leans on the handle after knocking it off. Cotton can be heard in the cartridge and now the handle rotates freely and it is very difficult to turn it off. Something has broken in the limiter and it won't reset. I've played around with it, but nothing I do prevents it from going through the off position and starting again. This time I get an original Delta part to install.
