I bought two of these and both are defective, the first display went white so I couldn't see anything on the screen. On the second (the refurbished one sent by Revain and I didn't want to remake it and they placed the order as it was a replacement) the buttons on the display sometimes worked and others didn't (mostly the latter). Great sound but very disappointed due to the quality of the product. Most likely I will never buy a Jensen (or Dual - the same manufacturer) again. I just got boss which I know isn't that great but I'll see it once I install it.
