For me it was a pretty good bag. I use it every day as I wear everything to work for 6 months. Every day I carry around my Surface tablet, chargers, wallet and personal items (around £12). It's also a great day or night commute bag because I can fit my change of clothes (jeans and polo) in it and still have room for everything I need. The back pocket is a very secure place for passport, cash, etc. The only issue I had was that the shoulder strap started to stretch due to the stitching on one side, so I switched to using the opposite shoulder, whatever it is was also undressed. The seller honored their warranty and replaced the bag with no fuss. I really appreciate it because I've used the bag so much, but time will tell if the design of the first bag was a fluke.
