Review on 📐 Johnson Level & Tool 1817-0000 Architect's Triangular Scale: Precise Black 1 Scale for Professional Accuracy by Ronnie Toups

First of all I bought this scale for my Structural Graphics course and design process, but I am sure this scale will do for any class of drawing or sketching in general. The scale is made of aluminum (solid core) so it feels good to work with and is much stronger than plastic or wood. A word of caution (I've heard that, although it hasn't happened to me yet): dropping it on a hard surface will scratch the dial. The black color contrasts well with all types of documents, and the graduations are engraved, so they last much longer than printed ones. It is made in China. For the price (and the fast and reliable shipping from Amazon) this is a great product and I'm only giving 4 stars because the packaging the scale came in was worn and looked quite old when I received the package. There are also a few small scratches on the scale itself (not on the graduation).
