The team is very professional, courteous and thorough at all times. They are always looking for ways to improve their service offering and have been open to new ideas from our side. Nothing as such so far but would like to continue working with them. We've used other software providers in the past who were not able to deliver what we needed or wanted on time/budget. This has led us to move away from using those products. Our main requirements include full integration of ERP systems (incl finance) and a web-based solution that can be accessed anywhere, anytime by anyone throughout the organization.
