The product I received was exactly as described and shown online which is always a great start! I bought red as for some reason it was cheaper compared to other colors and my dog is black so it will be fine. The reason for deducting two stars is the smell and the fact that the bag was tacky AND non-structural. lower support. First of all, I'm not sure why the bag itself felt sticky, but it is. It almost felt like the paint wasn't quite dry and how sticky it felt. The color on the nylon was ok, it didn't rub off or anything, but I didn't want to put my dog in without wiping/cleaning the bag. It also smelled unpleasantly of plastic. I definitely had to try and wipe the thumbtack off the bag and leave it outside for the smell to dissipate. I definitely like lattice-like trellis walls so my dog doesn't feel so cooped up in a dark room, let alone out in the fresh air. Flow is always the best way for every living being.
