DRY SKIN PEOPLE like me tend to hydrate by layering. It doesn't moisturize much, but it's ok. It has a slight thickness but doesn't feel heavy on my face even after several layers. You'll smell the aroma and a little alcohol, but by the time I'm done with my routine, it will have dissipated. I had no trouble sitting under the rest of the products and makeup. Definitely not a bad toner. You will especially like oily skin in the cool season.
