This product has worked very well and allowed me to quickly and easily remove some leaves in my pool. I like devices like this one with wheels on the bottom. I bought this item and it broke shortly after use. I called customer service and they fixed the problem quickly and easily and sent a new unit. This is the 3rd item of this type that I have bought from 3 different manufacturers. All 3 devices of this type collapsed at the point where the hose connected to the device. This is because traditional hose clamps over-tighten the plastic joint under normal use, causing the connectors to break. Therefore, when using the product, I recommend connecting the garden hose with a cable tie to the aluminum bracket next to the device to avoid breaking the product. Be sure to leave some slack under the strut to minimize stress on the connecting fitting.
