Rating update: DO NOT FEED CATS WITH THYROID PROBLEMS

Updated: I didn't realize the ingredients also included: SALT. It's disappointing that not all pet foods list the percentages of vitamins and minerals. Fish already contains iodine, what does this product contain? Most likely HIGH. Because it will increase with iodized salt. Why is it important? For those treating a cat with thyroid problems, feline hyperthyroidism is very common. I used this product to help him take the pills twice a day for a month (one fillet can give 7-8 doses). A few weeks later they took my cat to the vet as his hyperthyroidism was getting worse. His values ranged from 0.5 to 10 - before that his blood values had risen to 100! Stopped this process for two weeks while we rechecked his stats. Significant drop in his stats, around 30. Let's see if anyone wants to trade the 5 packs of fillets I have left; he only took his pills out of the can with wet meat treats. β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” Still skeptical that this is a 100% natural product containing only tuna and celery as ingredients. For it seems that the water in it is turning a little light pink; Stinks, but cats love it. He hardly notices that I hide his little pill in the muesli.
