These more expensive Plantronics devices do not work on BT channels. This can sometimes make them more understandable and easier to use. I have the same thing on my desk at work. But WFH inspired me to buy another over the past year, especially given the flexibility to work towards the future. I'm not worried about refurbished products, but I will say that sometimes they can be great finds. At the same time, the original block came to me dead. I contacted the seller as instructed and got the unit replaced within a few days. This device works flawlessly and makes me feel like a normal workplace.
