The customer service has been great! There is nothing that I dislike about Sopra. Their products work well with our system. They are always willing to train or come in person if needed. Some of their modules have some glitches but they get them fixed quickly. We need an employee time tracking tool for all employees (not just those who use SAP). This helps us keep track of how long each employee spends at their desk. It also allows us to see where there might be any potential problems with productivity levels or efficiency.
