I wish I had bought this sooner. I was in a constant battle over the thermostat with other colleagues. I work in a very busy doctor's office, I'm usually sweaty and cold to others. Wearing a mask all day is a pathetic sight. It was so fresh in my little office today. My practice is very small just to bring in a patient and check their vital signs. Probably not suitable for a large area. It twitches a bit when it's very high on the 4th setting, which I like, but I just put a folder in front of it to keep it in place. My patient asked me to turn it off because she was cold lol so it has power for a small fan. It also helps with white noise so you don't hear people talking outside the door. It disassembles for easy cleaning so it doesn't get clogged with dust. Now other nurses walking around like me order them too. You can't beat the price and it plugs into a charger or USB port on your computer. Also very cute.
