Review on Enhanced XRT500 QWERTY Keyboard: Backlit Remote for VIZIO M-Series Smart TVs by Fernando Wolford

So I bought some of these as my kids are rather rough on some things. This is the first time the keyboard on the back has only worked a couple of times. I don't usually watch TV and nobody told me it didn't work so I skipped the return window. I try this every time I have a reason and it only worked once or twice. The rest of the remote works great. I made sure I got a remote that said it worked with my model. I suspect it's just a bug, especially since it worked a couple of times. Just make sure you check it and send it back for a replacement if there is a problem. I would like to update my rating if the seller offers to take care of the problem. Strong customer service is very important!
