I bought LOTS of craft kits for my 3 kids' birthdays. To say I'm disappointed with this set is an understatement. For starters, the reviews say it will take "a little" time. If you don't have enough time for 3 hours or more, then you've come to the right place. I do everything myself and I'm part of a DIY birthday party group so this isn't my first rodeo. The birthday banner is missing the "t" so I took the advice of previous reviewers and substituted the mermaid in its place. The foil backing tore when installed and when removed after about 8 hours it left an ugly sticky residue on my cornice that would require a bit of tack and about an hour of cleaning to remove. Even a standard small rectangular table would not be small enough for the tiny plastic tablecloth that comes with it. I had 2 balloons with holes that would not inflate and the patch kit was useless. The ribbon from the pack was enough for 3 balls. The pompous ones take around 3-5 minutes to fluff up and collect and there are 12 in total so allow 45-60 minutes for that alone. They also have a twisted pile of all the foil garland pieces to make the garland and they're ripped and falling apart with cheap twine and twisted foil ribbons. More than half of the cupcake toppers required re-gluing, and we don't attach them. I am planning to request a refund because. over the years of sets for 3 children I have not had such junk.
