If you are in need of a new power supply I would highly recommend this product. After reading aftermarket Xbox One power adapter reviews offered by other sellers that talked about overheating issues or failing after a short time, I was wary of buying one from Microsoft. Unfortunately, the game's beta, which was about to launch, was too short to wait for a Microsoft device, and a two-day delivery device was my only option. Since it's made in the US, or at least by a US-based company, I felt confident that if I had a problem I would actually be offered a solution. Now let's finally get to the product. This device works great. Based on overheating reviews of other devices, I've often put my hand on it to check if it's hot and if it's no warmer than the original device. I have been using this device for several weeks without any problems, my Xbox uses many hours a day not only for gaming but also for video streaming services.
