If it wasn't for this problem I would have given it 5 stars. Has pros: The quality of workmanship, seemingly high-quality plastic, does not differ from the original cartridge in terms of workmanship, although the design is slightly different, there is a lot of toner in terms of weight. There is a chip, it is recognized without problems. The print quality is clean, clear, does not smear, does not streak. With its cons: After some time, a problem arose, the printer fell into an error (stopped seeing the cartridge) At the same time, the original cartridge sees. I thought it might be a problem with the chip. Swapped the chips in places with the original, but it did not help. It turned out that four contacts on the green board from the end of the cartridge are offset and some of them do not fall on the return contact in the printer. Periodically, you have to correct the cartridge (pull a little towards yourself, literally a couple of millimeters, so that the contacts come together.
