The software has helped me to identify emotions in my customers, which helps improve customer service by giving feedback about their needs/demands from time-to-time basis or even daily! It also gives recommendations as per mood of user. I have noticed that sometimes it does not pick up certain emotion well but overall its good so far!! Nothing much at this point though. Highly recommended if you are looking out ways how your employees can be able to understand what people want without them having any clue.
