I had high hopes for these as they were so well reviewed and felt good however one of the pillowcases was covered in questionable brown stains. It was completely disgusting and unexpected. We are sending them back and will not buy from this manufacturer again. UPDATE: Cozy House's customer service department contacted me within an hour of posting my recall/refund request. I was immediately refunded my money and was offered two replacement kits which I agreed to. Today I received the sheets and I must say I am very satisfied! They are very soft and make a well-made and durable impression. We look forward to finally sleeping on them and I have to thank Cozy House for their great customer service! While I can't in good conscience give this five stars after the gross manufacturing defect we received, I am now satisfied with this product and the way the situation was handled - four stars are totally guaranteed for the quality of the replacement and the outstanding customer service.
