I'm a film and TV professional and was looking for a good mid-size softbox that is sturdy and quick to set up and take down (time is precious). This pop-up softbox is just what you need. It takes half a second to open, as opposed to a regular rectangular Bowen softbox (four bars) or an octobox (8 bars). This may be more than I need for an interview with one person, but people always surprise you by bringing another person to an interview, in which case I'm glad of the extra height. The softbox comes in a very robust and compact case the size of a lady's handbag. It's also very light. Don't think, just buy.
