Got 6 in the box instead of 4 which was a nice bonus. I made a mistake molding the first one but that was my fault, the instructions are actually not bad but you have to follow them closely. The second fit perfectly around my upper teeth to wear overnight, I've chipped away the enamel in one area and now I'm getting killer sensitivity so it helps a lot to prevent more damage. Surprisingly, it's much more comfortable than the one my dentist made for me in the lab after I took a cast of my teeth in the office. It felt like my teeth were being clenched to death and it was cheap thin sharp plastic but this one feels nice and soft.
