I use lip balm every day and ever since I came from a tropical country and moved here to the east coast I have struggled with chapped lips and constant bleeding around chapped lips during the cold months. Personally, I love Palmer's Cocoa Butter Lip Balm, but it falls short as winter protection. They keep my lips soft and supple no matter how cold the day is! And after prolonged use, I notice that my lips are soft even on days when I don't apply lip balm. I love the subtle mint flavor more than the regular one, but both are nice and moisturizing.
