For 3 weeks, they only unsubscribe to me that they contact the seller of the goods, or they offered to contact me myself. According to the proposed contacts of the seller of the goods, no one answers. Phone number is not valid, email. mail is silent. The situation is obvious - the seller is very doubtful. From the support service specialists there are no real actions to resolve the issue over such a long period of time. One gets a very negative impression of the relationship with the support service of the amazon site. There are no real actions aimed at solving the problem. Only not limited assurances and promises.
