I love this little bird feeder! It's fairly easy to set up and fits easily in my cage's feeder (standard size doors for finches and budgies). Easily refilled from the outside and easily shaken out of the case when the bottom fills up! This reduces clutter, but more importantly to me, reduces the amount of waste with all those uneaten seeds I used to throw away with the pods. Also, they can't be that picky when it comes to only eating their favorite seed strain. It's a bit small and my English budgies can barely fit in it. The tray the seed comes out of is also a bit small - I would recommend it for a finch, budgie or parakeet, but not much larger, my cockatiel definitely won't be comfortable with it. Birds also seem to prefer it (now that they aren't afraid of it) and will eat from this food bowl rather than a regular bowl most of the time. It took them a while to figure out how to use it, but when one of them took the plunge, they ate it all up in no time.
