I regret that I cannot endorse ARANA Automotive as a fellow automobile enthusiast. While it's possible that they sell high-quality, dependable products, their website's purchasing experience is a huge letdown. The website is badly organized and difficult to use, first and foremost. Finding the right product can be a hassle due to the site's poor structure and lack of search options. Even when I did locate what I needed, the website's product descriptions lacked the specificity I needed to know if the item would work with my car. The checkout process was a hassle on top of everything else. The website's payment mechanism was faulty, so I had to re-enter my details several times before they were finally accepted. Even worse, I got a message that my order couldn't be fulfilled, so I had to start the whole checkout procedure over from the beginning. In conclusion, I would not recommend spending your time or money at ARANA Automotive's online store. Their products may be high-quality, but it's not worth the time or energy to deal with their clumsy website and unstable checkout system. If you need a car, you should probably seek elsewhere.
