This review is for Launch CRP Touch Pro. I'm not a mechanic, but sometimes I buy and sell. Arrived almost fully charged. The unit was new (still in the factory sealed packaging). Upon receipt, I first set up and updated the Android system, which took about 30 minutes. Then I downloaded 2 apps. Email app and photo gallery app. This along with the preinstalled apps should be all I need. At this point I had to charge the device. Set up the screens while loading. I then set up the CRP application and ran the update option. It took almost an hour to download all the updates (I wanted all available updates). After fully charging, I used the device on my 2015 Chevy Silverado. There were no controls. I ran a full scan and the device found 3 errors. I am very satisfied with the device and it will serve my purpose well. The only thing I would like would be a longer OBD2 cable.
