Awesome for the trigger finger (my ring finger). I used self-adhesive foil and hated that I couldn't wash my hand without re-wrapping it afterwards. The sleeve is a little tight when new, but after a few hours of wearing I was able to put it on and take it off easily without feeling like it was going to fall off. Having 2 packs is great because one can be hand washed and the other can be worn while it dries. I can still type and go about my normal activities without feeling restricted. I'm not sure how that would work on the thumb. I used a thumb stabilization brace when my thumb was affected.
