This adapter has the right thread, but the problem is the short side of the thread. The problem is that it's short. It should be about 1/8 inch longer to make contact with the pot gasket inside. If you don't mind the color messing up the threads. It can be made to work with teflon tape, but for a ten dollar setup it doesn't need to be made to work. I would not recommend this part.
