The first received did not work properly. Luckily, Revain quickly replaced it and provided a free returns label for the defective one. Unfortunately, the second one wasn't ok, but I thought I could live with that without having to go through a return. I've been using it since July and the problems are getting worse. When you place an item on the charger, you have to wiggle it a bit before it actually starts charging. When you try to use this, the power button doesn't always work. It takes three or four clicks before it actually turns on. I should have asked for a refund when I first received this replacement but I was hoping everything would be fine. I bought this to replace my original leg file which I've been using for over 4 years with no problems - it was just wearing out. I am very disappointed in this product. I don't know if the manufacturer has changed, but future buyers are aware of these issues and will not hesitate to request a replacement no matter how many times it takes to get a properly working product.
