Difficult to charge

Bad design. This is my 2nd Amope and I will not buy a 3rd. I had trouble loading the first one and often had to put something on it to keep the light on while charging. 2nd is worse. It is very difficult to align the charger so that the indicator lights up. Apparently this is a known issue. Can't you come up with a better design for the price we're paying?

It's useless because it doesn't load!

Wanted VERY. The reviews were pretty good across the board. Enough, so I invested in five packages with additional rough files. But this damn thing DOES NOT LOAD! I spent too much time carefully placing it on the charger. Alone on a flat surface, with something to prop it up or propping it up, holding it up and hanging it down, trying, splinters, etc. I've only had partial success getting that darn green light to blink twice, so I know it's charging becomes . Nothing but my babies should be…

Constant problems with the care of feet, hands and nails

The first received did not work properly. Luckily, Revain quickly replaced it and provided a free returns label for the defective one. Unfortunately, the second one wasn't ok, but I thought I could live with that without having to go through a return. I've been using it since July and the problems are getting worse. When you place an item on the charger, you have to wiggle it a bit before it actually starts charging. When you try to use this, the power button doesn't always work. It takes three

Better than expected.

I used Ampé batteries many years ago but they seem to have been phased out. I tried a battery model that looked the same as the old battery model which was just awful and unusable so I decided to try this model with some trepidation especially after reading some of the reviews. I think it's fair to say that it doesn't feel as reliable as the old battery powered models of yesteryear, but I was pleasantly surprised by this model. I don't have particularly rough feet, probably 2/20 and use this…

Does the job - not impressed

I was going to order this wet & dry model and finally got it. My feet are relatively callus free so I use Amope to keep them that way. This model didn't impress me at all. At both speeds it slows down and even pauses briefly when spinning whether I use it wet or dry. This suggests that he simply does not have enough strength. As a current user of the (older) Ampé, I know you shouldn't press the device too hard against your skin, but that's not the case. It just sounds like it's struggling even…
