I was going to order this wet & dry model and finally got it. My feet are relatively callus free so I use Amope to keep them that way. This model didn't impress me at all. At both speeds it slows down and even pauses briefly when spinning whether I use it wet or dry. This suggests that he simply does not have enough strength. As a current user of the (older) Ampé, I know you shouldn't press the device too hard against your skin, but that's not the case. It just sounds like it's struggling even when fully charged. Is he doing his job? Absolutely yes. However, I would recommend getting Diamond Rough Fillers if you have severely calloused feet as I can't imagine how well this would work for someone who needs strength.
