We bought a ballast for our 2004 Acura TSX after we knew it needed replacing. Not only was the cost much lower than other sources, esp. from the dealer, but for some reason the ballast stopped working about 6 months after installation. Sellers communicate very quickly and we are sincerely concerned. After our first message about what could be done, my husband had a bike accident and we didn't understand what the salespeople had to say. So after a few weeks we continued to exchange messages and not only were they very helpful with the 6 year warranty but they also expressed hope that my husband would be better.
