The worst of the worst, of the worst. The party hadn't even started yet, and more than half of the balloons suddenly popped without anyone touching them. I had to guess because they didn't stretch very much when inflated. Now my whole baby theme looks ugly at her party. I have no other spare balls. I just blew them up a few hours ago and I have a feeling there will be few left when the party starts. Worst purchase ever. Stay away from those balloons. Also dangerous because my daughter just walked past them and the couple went to her ear. So it scared her. Never.
