Review on 4 Pack Pocket Diapers Bamboo Inserts Diapering by Jeanie Escobedo

**UPDATE*** The company contacted me and resolved the issue. They were very nice and gave me a fresh new set of diapers overnight☺️ I really appreciate the customer service I received. That being said, my original complaint and issue continues to be listed below for full transparency. I would like to start by saying that I was very excited about this brand and was dying to try their diapers. They seem to have good reviews and I like their models so I was keen to buy 4 packs to try them first as they are a bit more expensive than other brands. Well, I got my order in the mail today and I'm EXCITED! The diapers were used!1. I could see faint traces of dirt on the lids.2. 2 earplugs looked dull, used and made of different material. The other 2 inserts stayed in the diaper bags! They didn't even bother to remove the old smh3 inserts. They smelled of detergent and urine, and you could literally tell they'd been used by the way they looked wrinkled and worn. All diapers come with the lift settings already set! Like?!? Smh you didn't even cancel the snap from the previous user! It's like they took them straight from a kid and just mailed them to me! I was stunned lol5. And finally, this is probably the worst part for me, those dirty used diapers were just sealed in plastic like they were brand new! How disgusting is it for this company to intentionally repackage used diapers and resell them to customers?! It's unacceptable! So buyers beware! Please remember to check your diapers upon delivery to ensure they have not been used!
