I'm not a mechanic, just a guy with an office job and a set of tools. Needless to say, it's not such a bad job. For anyone complaining about a missing seal, the picture is misleading. However, I believe the picture shows how all the spacers look put together. With this kit you get a total of 3 pads. It should be noted that this kit is one way only. If it doesn't fit your Alpha 1 Gen 2, you probably installed it the wrong way around and need to flip it. Ask me how I know. Here's the top tip: I made my own guide pins to help everyone line up. I took 2 M6 screws and cut off the heads. I put them in the 2 screw holes and used them to keep everything aligned while I tightened. I highly recommend this as it simplified the installation and allowed me to get a new tool. Win, win, win (voice by Michael Scott)
