I am very satisfied with the quality of this product. This is comparable to the equipment on public playgrounds. Contrary to several reviews, I did not find any sharp edges, although I encourage everyone to continue thorough inspections before use. We hung it from the rafters in the basement and our grandson (14 months old) loves to swing on it - nice activity now that the winter weather is keeping us at home. The plasti-dip coating on the underside of the chains is a nice feature and prevents fingers from getting caught when getting on and off the swing. I would buy these again if I needed two swings but from what I've seen so far you don't have to buy one to replace these as it looks like a lifetime purchase.
