I lost money on this trade. I bought a used music player. And the box was torn. When I played a music CD, it would freeze for a second and then skip parts of the song. This music radio player makes your music CDs sound like broken vinyl records. I can't get my money back. Because I am unable to print a Revain return label for this item. Do to block COVID19. Public libraries and the Kinko office are closed. That is, I go to the computer and print something from their computers. Don't buy it as a claim. Buy it new. Or you will lose money like me. you have been warned
