When the package arrived I opened the box and it didn't contain anything from the original packaging except for the bottle. One of the tabs on the lid was broken and the accessory was floating in the shipping box. It almost looked like it had been returned and resold. I was in a hurry to get this item because it was a gift, I am ashamed to give it away in this condition. Once I fix the mug I'll need to find a way to repackage it to make it look acceptable. grrrrrrrr
