Mostly good quality except for the unwelded D-ring.
The collar appears to be of good quality. The only problem is that the D ring is not welded on. If your dog is very large or very "active", he will be able to easily open the D-ring. I did not inspect the ring before putting the collar on the dog. It took him less than a day to get free due to tugging on the D-ring. I kept the collar and have since welded on the ring and reused the collar and now it works great!
