Complete nonsense! in Keyboard Cases

I'm pretty sure this rating is only for the case I received and not a general rating of the IHOME case. When I opened the package part of the cover fell out. One of the metal pins that should hold the iPad literally slips out. After connecting the keyboard to my iPad, I found that some of the letters weren't working. This item was a waste of my time and money. I'm still looking for a pink keyboard case.
