I have such good eyesight that I don't wear glasses all the time, but I have 2 monitors at work and sometimes I feel like the screen is destroying my cornea. I liked the example of the little blue lightbulb that came in the box, it was great to play with and show to colleagues. The glasses are very cute, I could see myself in each of the different frames and they are very light so I don't feel like they dig into the bridge of my nose. The filter in the lenses doesn't make everything else as orange as other blue light glasses I've tried. There are no weird dizzy spells when I look away from the computer or take it off.
