So much fun! best in arts and crafts

Possibly the most fun toy I have ever bought. I am very grateful to the previous reviewers for suggesting using hot glue and alternative rubber bands which definitely improves on the original design. We also quickly discovered that decorating the catapults with markers and model paint was before gluing, not after! Dollar Store (50 figures for $1). Of course, plastic dinosaurs or whatever can replace humans if you prefer. In addition, only four small rattles are included with each catapult. When my boys first played with it, it took them about six seconds each to fire all four beanbags at their brother's army, and then had to scramble to pick up the beanbags that had already been fired. It was still fun, but they had so much more fun after I made some more little beanbags out of leftover quilts and plastic granules. One of the biggest advantages of these catapults is that every adult who sees them wants to play with them! They're really cool and the boys love it when the adults challenge them to the War of the Catapults. Don't expect your friends to notice *you* when they come up to you. They will sit on the floor and shoot at your kids with beanbags. I will be giving away a few of these for Christmas (with my own written instructions and extra beanbags).
