Review on Sony DualSense gamepad, starry blue by Mateusz Boguszewski ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Well done, but I won't buy any more.

292022202222 Gamepad for about a week now. As soon as I took it in my hands, I felt the quality compared to the gamepad for 500. I took it to play on a PC, because the gamepad is designed for a console, then from a PC it does not work so perfectly and through crutches. An Xbox emulator program is required to run. In the games that I played, dualsense chips did not work (changing the color of the backlight, def. vibration of triggers, etc.) At the time of purchase it was cheaper than the Xbox controller, and in games so far without chips from Sony, it also feels like Xbox, purely gamepad and vibration. PC games are not designed for dualsense control, so you will see all gamepad settings in games for the Xbox controller. And you also have to remember exactly its location of the buttons, not a triangle, but Y, and so on. Through applications, you can customize the color of the backlight and the type of vibration. I'm glad that it connects via regular usb, the wire from the phone came up. It also connects to an android smartphone (by bluetooth and by wire), but this is also a problem, maybe not for everyone, but my control buttons are confused and in order to change them, I need to install Ruth rights on my phone. Smartphone redmi note 9s, and it's good that the warranty for it has ended and I can safely roll it. Compared to the packaging of the xbox gamepad, they could have made the packaging inside at least the same, otherwise the gamepad wrapped in a bag inside an empty box where it dangles freely is so-so.

Pros
  • Careful Vibration USB and Bluetooth connectivity
Cons
  • All problems will be connected with Sony, but not with the store. Not fully compatible with PC games. The gamepad dangles inside an empty box, compared to the xbox where there is a special niche for the gamepad, here it looks so-so. There is no cable for connection in the kit, it's good that I had my own.
