Review on 🚿 HEX Performance Fresh & Clean Laundry Detergent - Designed for Activewear, Eco-Friendly, Concentrated Formula (64 Loads, Pack of 2) by Chelsea Hicks

So I set out to find the best detergent to remove odors from synthetic fabrics, from sports underwear and yoga pants to "nice" synthetic clothing. They had two main problems: lingering odors in all of the clothes I sweat in and deodorant/spark buildup in the armpits of nicer clothes. Regular detergent didn't help. Neither vinegar nor baking soda nor borax have tried everything without notable improvement. For special detergents. I ordered 4 different types: HEX, Win Sports Detergent, Oxy Clean Odor Eliminator Blaster (used with Tide Pods) and Active Wear Powder. I used the minimum recommended amount, lukewarm water, and didn't soak anything as I wanted to see if my "regular" wash would work. I split my laundry into 4 small loads each containing different types of smelly clothes so I could compare. Oxyclean didn't do anything, although it does recommend soaking smelly things. I just don't have 3 hours to soak the laundry. Activewear worked well with smelly clothes but poorly with deodorant scent. Win was basically the same, although he says to double the amount of really smelly items. However, HEX removed all odors in the first wash with the usual amount of detergent. Despite being the most expensive per ounce, it appears to be the most effective. The only thing I don't like is the smell. It is VERY strong and not very comfortable. Next time I'll buy an unscented one that claims to have the same cleansing formula, just without the scent.
