The Fitbit support staff themselves, through 10 different people, told me everything would work great! THEY LIE!
After I plugged it in I was told it would work and sync with Windows 7. Fitbit customer support told me from 10 different people that it would work fine! THEY LIE! works, I had to send it back. Now that Windows 7 is unsupported and bloated, if you're still using it, your best bet is to seriously upgrade to Windows 10. Your Fitbit will sync once with Bluetooth on your computer. You have windows 10 and download the fitbit app on windows 10 mine, now that i have a windows 10 upgrade it works great
