For computers without Bluetooth!

I didn't need to buy this and bought it by mistake not realizing it was in my cart. This is only necessary for non-Bluetooth hardware, so I think it's good to have if you need it.

Didn't solve my problem.

There were problems with the sync and connection, I was hoping something was wrong and that this would fix it. It does not work. I can't tell if this key works because it didn't solve my problem, but that doesn't mean it doesn't work, it's probably just a problem with my version. Will update when I get a replacement.

The Fitbit support staff themselves, through 10 different people, told me everything would work great! THEY LIE!

After I plugged it in I was told it would work and sync with Windows 7. Fitbit customer support told me from 10 different people that it would work fine! works, I had to send it back. Now that Windows 7 is unsupported and bloated, if you're still using it, your best bet is to seriously upgrade to Windows 10. Your Fitbit will sync once with Bluetooth on your computer. You have windows 10 and download the fitbit app on windows 10 mine, now that i have a windows 10 upgrade it works great
