I ordered these gloves for my husband and he said overall they are good gloves. The padding seems great, they are well made, they should keep my hands warm. as long as they fit! I measured my hands, consulted their chart and decided to order XL but they don't fit! Close but they are a little tight and they are too short! They don't sit on my wrist like they should. According to my husband the size is not true to size and he recommends ordering one size up from your usual size. In general he likes the gloves and wants them to fit properly so he can wear them. So do they fit my small, narrow and short woman's hands? Let's see. First I measured my hands and according to their chart I should order a large size. Next I tried on the XL size I ordered for my husband. Result? They're just a little wide, but that's okay. A little larger than I would expect a plus size to feel in my hands. I don't like how they are made. I think they are short in design and I like my gloves to cover my entire arm at least reach my wrist if they don't fully cover my wrist and these don't do either. Also the first thing I noticed when I tried on the gloves. Gloves is that the inner area of the palm, closer to the fingers, has an itchy, irritating area. It feels tough, like glue, when a bit of nylon thread is rolled up at this point. Whatever it is, it's awkward, uncomfortable and I'd go crazy putting it on! In my opinion these gloves lack both quality control and sizing. I like them less than my husband, so judging by the pair we got, that's "No, come on!" from me. In general, order one size larger than usual and don't be surprised if these gloves feel a little small on your hands.
